Jennifer Lopez has found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time. The entertainer is currently viewed as the celebrity face of Fiat, however little they knew they would soon come under a heavy fire for the signing of the Italian car company.
Yesterday (January 12), non-profit advocacy United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) publicly questioned Lopez and her relationship with Fiat - a company claiming the organization has direct connections to illegal nuclear Iran's missile program. The president of Fiat UANI addressed the following statement Lopez, "With the approval, you are as a spokesperson for a company that does business with a free regime, which serve to develop an illegal nuclear weapons program, and funding terrorist groups including al-Qaeda has killed American and NATO troops and is considered one of the leading violators of human rights recognized.
" The letter explains that Iveco, a Fiat subsidiary, "produced vehicles used by the Iranian regime, allegedly as a public platform to stage gruesome executions." This is not the first time J.Lo 's Fiat endorsement deal has landed her in hot water. They shocked viewers with its blatant product placement in her performance at the American Music Awards 2011, when she went on stage in a Fiat 500 Lopez also came under fire for their deceptive business practices with Fiat, in which she allegedly runs through the Bronx, where she grew up - actually filmed in Los Angeles.
She also faces a lawsuit by Bronx-bred TATS Cru graffiti team, the Fiat and without suing the singer for her mural in the Register of approval.
